The fruit used to produce this wine was sourced from the Rosemary Hill vineyard, north west of Stanthorpe. The nose features fresh fruit characters of pineapple and passionfruit. The wine is made in a crisp acid driven style that makes a great refreshing drink. This is real handmade wine, an unwooded, drink now style that invites itself to lunch
Musc Rosé     ( Rosé )	$25.00
This is a light, off dry rosé made from Black Muscat. Minimal skin contact has produced an easy drinking wine with a delicious combination of softness and freshness. A drink now style that is best served chilled. Try it with a large slab of blue cheese.
Merlot 2018    ( Red )	$29.00
This Merlot has the classic characters of ripe cherries and red berries with bright crimson hues. It features fine soft tannins backed by some lingering delicate fruit characters. Twelve months on aged French and American oak adds minimal oak flavour. Delicious now and given good conditions will suit short to medium term cellaring
Bernie's Blend 2018    ( Red )	$40.00
This red blend is a selection of some of the best barrels from our 2018 vintage. This year the blend is made up of one barrel each of Merlot, Cabernet and Petit Verdot. This combination of varieties, in French and American oak, gives a wine of remarkable character, just like its namesake. Intense dark berry flavours combine with subtle toasty oak to give a wine with real depth and complexity

This wine is hand plunged in open fermenters before being basket pressed and racked into barrels to complete the malolactic fermentation. An elegant Shiraz showing distinct varietal plum and spice characters with 12 months maturation in a mix of American & French oak. This wine will show its best if decanted

We allowed the grapes for this beautiful dessert wine to ripen on the vines for an extra 5 weeks with the canes cut to concentrate the flavours and sugars. The grapes were hand picked. With bottle age it has become a beautifully elegant and luscious wine to enjoy with desserts, fruit or cheese
Brut Rosé Cellar Reserve 2015    ( Sparkling )	$35.00
Made by the methode traditionelle from 100% pinot noir grapes from our excellent 2015 vintage, this sparkling has been resting in bottles since 2015, gaining age, wisdom and complexity for four years. It is now a fresh but complex sparkling with a hint of strawberries and a rosé blush from the Pinot Noir with which it was made
Wild Ferment Verdelho 2019    ( White )	$35.00
The barrel ferment with wild yeast has added weight and honeyed flavours to the fresh passion fruit and citrus that are always present in our Verdelho. We only made 2 barrels of this hand-picked Wild Ferment Verdelho 2019 and previous wild ferment vintages have sold out quickly. Huon Hooke review: "Light, bright yellow colour, with a very attractive spicy bouquet which includes ripe-fruit terpenes, hinting at lychee. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with generous flavour and a touch of astringency. It takes verdelho to another level"

Hand picked from our vineyards and combining passionfruit and citrus with a crisp acid finish. Perfect with seafood and summer dishes
Chopin Chardonnay 2016    ( White )	$35.00
This beautifully rich Chardonnay was barrel-fermented and spent 9 months in French oak. During maturation the barrels were transferred to our Swigmore Hall and arranged around the piano. Peggy regularly played Chopin to them. Normally called our Reserve Chardonnay, we named it this year in honour of Chopin to acknowledge the subtle rhythms and harmonies contributed to the wine by his music. Our deep granite soils continue our tradition of producing fine Chardonnays with intense and full flavours. This wine is medium-bodied with a bouquet of tropical fruits and melons. The palate with peach and fig flavours is well-balanced with the fine oak has a long finish.

Made from hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes, which were then left on the skins for about 24 hours to give the wine a vibrant pink colour and full bunch pressed. The wine has crisp acidity and subtle hints of strawberry. An absolutely delicious rosé to drink with lunch, any time of the day

Approximately 60% Shiraz and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes were macerated for 4 weeks and then spent 9 months in 50% French and 50% American oak barrels. It is an elegant wine with rich flavours

Complex aromas of blackberry and chocolate with mocha and sweet oak flowing through. Lovely mouth filling palate of mulberry and boysenberry lead on to a finish that has length and balance with a hint of coconut and classy tannins. This elegant wine is named after our adopted daughter, Dan Ying. It celebrates the time of year when we harvest our grapes and commemorate her joining our family. ‘Dan’ means the essence of red – like this wine – strong and vibrant. ‘Ying’ translates to a singing bird. Both sing a symphony of nature, one with voice, one from the vines. This wine celebrates the wonder and joy of Dan Ying’s life – enjoy!
